Ongoing maintenance-new beam in basement, new electrical panel, new pilings and ladder at the dock, new water pump in well, more driveway sealing, trailer undercoated, new fan and light in utility room, new custom shelf in kitchen, started clearing lot with “ugly tree”(cut out pine tree growing in center), more mold work(& hopefully final).
