After inheriting the house from my mom in 1992, not much repair or preventative maintenance has been done.  After selling part of the property to get some needed monies for fix up, Glenn and I hope to spend a couple of months repairing the house.  It needs a lot of work! New roofs, new bathroom and kitchen, and something done to the utility room that was gutted due to mold.  So here goes. . . . . .
